Unit Objectives

1. Announce scholarships and fellowships offered by all granting entities.

2. Update databases of scholars and link them to the main database of the General Administration of Scholarships at the Ministry.

3. Monitor the integration plans included in the scholars’ study plans abroad and identify any challenges they face at the university level.

4. Organize workshops and scientific and cultural seminars for returning scholars to transfer their scientific and practical experiences to new scholars and the wider university community, whether within the university or in coordination with counterpart offices at other universities and the Central Administration of Scholarships.

5. Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments within and outside the university to overcome any obstacles scholars may face during their study period or after returning home.
